Simply Kids Room's mission is guarantee your satisfaction. If you are afraid to purchase our products, calm down! If you receive your order and then you are dissatisfied, we accept exchange or refund your product.

Simply Kids Room can only accept returns of products purchased from our website. All items to be returned must have a return authorization (RA) from our customer service department prior to return.
You can request RA in our Return Request page.
You must have your order number to request a return. Products returned without RA will not be accepted. Once the return is approved, ship it back to us at the address provided with your RA.
RETURN FOR DISSATISFACTION:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s).
The return request should be made by filling our form in our Return Request page within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Important! Return should be realized on the following condition:
The product must be intact, in new condition and in original packaging including all parts, assembly instructions and hardware provided. This means that you will be unable to return an item that you have assembled.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from delivery location for any returned product.
Your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price excluding delivery fees.
Simply Kids Room reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.
Exchange Option: When you contact our Customer Service you should inform the new product chosen (less or equivalent value of the returned product) with the respective identify code. When the returned product is received and has passed by our professionals inspection, your order will be shipped within 2 business days.
Refund Option: Refund will be realized after the returned product is received and has passed by our professionals inspection. Then you will receive a full refund from the original order (less the cost of handling and shipping (for orders under than $150)).
An email confirmation will be sent when the refund has been issued.
We are not responsible for return packages that may be damaged or lost in transit. We recommend that you choose shipping with tracking and insurance.
If you receive an product from us that arrived damaged during shipping, or is defective in any way, please contact us as soon as possible by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
No returns for damaged or defective merchandise can be accepted after 7 (seven) days from the receipt date of product.
We will request you to send us few images of the damage and we will work to get you the best solution as soon as possible!
The product must be returned in the original packaging, in new conditions and with all parts, assembly instructions and hardware provided, then the substitution can be made with the same model product.
Your order can be exchanged or refunded only after our professionals inspect the item.
If you bought a product in our website and verified any manufacturing's defect within 30 days from the date of receipt, you can request to exchange in our Return Request page. You'll need to send us image of product with technical defects.
It is necessary that product returns in the original packaging (even that the package was opened and furniture assembled) with all parts, assembly instructions and hardware provided. Simply Nursery will provide shipping, deadline of collection will be informed by email or telephone.
Important: products will be inspected and may be returned to the customer if any defect will not be found or if the conditions above aren't followed.
